What We Collect

Lwann collects the following personal data: the name, birth date, and death date of the deceased; family-submitted photographs; biography and tribute content; the name and contact email of the person submitting the request; and the names of tribute/rose/memory contributors as publicly displayed on the memorial page.

How We Use It

Data is used solely to create and maintain the requested memorial page, to communicate order status via email, and to deliver the page link upon completion. Lwann does not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Processors

Lwann uses Google Forms and Google Sheets for order collection and management, Zoho for email delivery, and Buy Me A Coffee (Stripe) for payment processing. Each of these third parties operates under their own privacy policies. By using Lwann’s service, you acknowledge that your data may pass through these processors.

Data Retention

Memorial pages are hosted on lwann.com indefinitely, subject to the domain continuity policy described below. Submission data held in Google Sheets is retained for operational and financial record purposes. You may request removal of a memorial page at any time via a Page Takedown request ($5.00 fee applies).

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data submitted to Lwann. Requests may be submitted via Facebook Messenger or Telegram. Lwann will respond within 7 working days. Note that deletion of a memorial page is subject to the Page Takedown fee.

Photographs

By submitting photographs to Lwann, you confirm that you hold the rights to those images or have obtained permission from the rights holder to use them for this purpose. Lwann will not reproduce photographs beyond their use on the commissioned memorial page.
